– Carry out as required and whenever the unit comes in for service 

 Red 

– Carry out on all units   

Fault condition - No backlight, no picture, blue LED. 
Possible cause - Inch size setup has been corrupted.  
Solution - Setup inch size 
 
Procedure: 
8.  Setup serial port (Ensure Baud Rate speed is 115000). 
9.  Check communication 

– Send a wrong code.  

Example 

– Send “AAA” , TV should returns “ERR”. 

10. Type 

 (enter in K mode). 

11. Type 

 (Set panel size. ** = 39, 50 or 60). 

12. Turn mains AC OFF/ON. 
13. If the TV is switches on properly, then type 

 (exit K mode) or 

 

(Perform a factory initialisation). 

 
Fault condition - No backlight, no picture, blue LED, red LED. 
Possible cause - All NVM data has been corrupted. 
Solution: Re-write NVM. 
 
Procedure: 
1.  Setup serial port (Ensure Baud Rate speed is 115000). 
2.  Check communication 

– Send a wrong code.  

Example 

– Send “AAA” , TV should returns “ERR”. 

3.  Type 

 (enter in K mode). 

4. 

If TV is 50”, then type 

 

5.  Turn mains AC OFF/ON. 
6.  Type 

 (When you input the correct settings, all positions in the NVM are 

re-written after mains AC off/on). 

7.  Turn mains AC OFF/ON. 
8.  If TV is switched on properly, then type 

 (exit K mode) or 

 

(Perform a factory initialisation).
