SYMPTOM Will not come out of standby (red LED only).  No oscillation on X1001 (pins 120 and
121 of IC1001).
CAUSE
X1001.
ACTION
Replace X1001 using the part number given below.
Note:
The correct oscillation on X1001 is a 20.25MHz signal at 0.3V peak to peak sitting on
 a 3VDC level.
