1. Checking the transmittance of the color wheel ND green

Check whether the numeric value on the color wheel cover of the optical mechanism is 1, 2, or 3.

2. Changing over the switch on the formatter board

Check that the switch (S9104) on the formatter unit is on the [N] side.
After check, adjust the changeover switch (S9103) on the formatter unit as follows:
(1) When the numeric value on the color wheel cover is 1 

→

 Adjust the changeover switch (S9103) to [1].

(2) When the numeric value on the color wheel cover is 2 

→

 Adjust the changeover switch (S9103) to the

center position.

(3) When the numeric value on the color wheel cover is 3 

→

 Adjust the changeover switch (S9103) to [3].

3. Caution when mounting the formatter unit to the optical mechanism

Hold the formatter unit in order not to touch the switches and mount it to the optical mechanism.
