(8) If the “loader_m20x.bwh” is transferred completely, the LAMP indicator lights
up in red and then the Tera Term Pro shows the “OK”.
(If the program version is “M20X020325”, Tera Term Pro shows the “ERR”)
(9) Close the Tera Term Pro, and disconnect USB cable and power cord, and then
take the steps again from 3-1(1) to 3-1(11)
(10) Start the Tera Term Pro from Windows “Start” button.
If the “Tera Term:Error” dialog box appear, click ”OK”, and then proceed in the
