11. Install Latest Service Pack 
11.1. 
Run the service pack on the CD in the “Patches” folder, or download the latest service pack 
and install it.  When it completes, you will see the message below reminding you to copy the 
service pack for use on published CD’s.
 
 
 
 
12. Install ZyTimer and ZyScan Services 
12.1. Go to “Services” within Computer Management, and start the ZyTimer and ZyScan 
services. 
 
 
13. Upgrade ZyFind 
13.1. If ZyFind has been installed on user workstations, then version 5 will need to be 
installed on those workstations. 
 
 
14. Test System. 
of scanned images; indexing of new documents; searching of those documents; 
and the look and feel of all of the web pages; are performing properly and to the 
satisfaction of the customer.
