SharpFind™ Online
If you are looking for a way to store and share documents in a simple way without allocating
large financial and human resources, then our ASP (Application Service Provider) solution SharpFind™ Online may be right for you.
With this service you can store and share your information over the Internet and access the information through an easy-to-use
browser interface.
The Process
Archiving of paper documents is done through your digital copier, or other scanning device and sent to a secure
location on the Internet. After you have archived, your information is now stored and through your browser you can access all of
your documents. Electronic documents can be uploaded to your archive with the click of a button. SharpFind™ Online allows you to
organise your information in virtual folders or add additional information to your scanned documents to structure your information
or access it more easily.

SharpFind™ Server
If security is a key concern for you and you would prefer to have this system on-site, SharpFind™
Server is the perfect solution. SharpFind™ server is a completely integrated archiving solution in one box. It is based on Compaq
server technology, together with a complete suite of ZyIMAGE software. The server is configured specifically to work with Sharp copier
printers. This combination allows users to archive documents via their scan-enabled copier and within minutes search for their
documents using a standard browser. Within the system the documents are automatically converted to a full text index by the
ZyIMAGE software. SharpFind™ server is designed to be a typical departmental offering, allowing up to 50 users to access the
information and will hold up to 300,000 pages. In addition, remote control software allows support on the system to be handled
directly by service engineers without the need for IT on site support or waiting for an engineer to arrive. A DAT drive is installed to
handle back-up of the data. The system is preconfigured and can be installed in just one day.
