2. Description:
Service pack 1 (hereafter called SP1) for MX-PE12 (Fiery printer controller for Polaris
2) has been released. See attached release note for details.
Make sure to apply SP1 and patch because only the latest firmware is supported by
EFI.

Step 1 and 2 won’t be necessary for serial No. R00315064 and after because they will
be installed during production.
Print out Configuration page from Command Work Station after installation of SP1 and
the patch. Installation is successful if UPDATE LOG indicates "SP1_ FIT 101644755"
and "FIT 101676622".
