1. Model Name: MX-FNX6/FNX7 (option for MX-M850/M950/M1100)
2. Symptom:
In a low temperature and moisture environment, sometimes exit paper jam troubles
(FSFTEX_S, etc.) occur due to the step-out of the stepping motor.
3. Description:
To prevent the exit paper jam troubles caused by the step-out of stepping motor, we have
taken a measure to bring the torque margin up by the raising of electric current value.
For the above-mentioned margin up, we have changed the resistance value of the PCB main
control assembly, that is, the chip resistance value of R261 from 620 to 510 ; the size of
the heat sink; the thickness of the bracket for the stepping motor from 1.0 mm to 1.2 mm; and
also abandoned the use of the cover and the bracket for the connector, and flat nuts.
