IMAGE SEND MODE
SMB Digital Signature is not supported on the SMBC
Library of MXC250/300 series and cannot be used
therefore, if SMB Digital Signature is used on the
Domain/Application Server whereby the network share is
located, the following configuration changes to the
Domain Controller Group Policy may have to be made:-
CE-02 trouble, only when scanning to a
Under Local Security Policies – Security Settings – Local
Policies – Security Options:-
shared folder located on a Domain
Controller (eg. Server 2012).
Domain Member: Digitally encrypt or sign secure channel
data (always) – Disable this policy.
ALL
Microsoft Network Server: Digitally sign communication
(Always) – Disable this policy.
Note: When performing Scan to Network Folder function,
also ensure the MFP firmware is upgraded to 01.10.E1.b0
(or higher).
CE-04 trouble when performing a Scan
to Network Folder
Upgrade the MFP firmware to 01.10.E1.b0 (or higher)
CE-04 trouble, only when scanning to a
Network Folder using Domain
Authentication credentials.
Fax won’t receive automatically when
the ring pattern has ON/OFF interval:-
Upgrade the MFP firmware to 01.08.E1.00 (or higher)
Eg. 0.4sec ON, 0.2 OFF, 0.4 ON, 0.2 OFF

Press Special Function key on the operation panel.

Scroll to System Settings, press OK and enter the
FAX
password (Default: 00000)

Scroll to fax, press OK.

Scroll to initial setting, press OK.

Scroll to own passcode set, press OK.
6.
Select store, press OK.
7.
Enter the customers fax number and press OK.
8.
Enter the customer name.
9.
Press the B/W start button to store the data.
