Sending speed
Used to set the speed of fax sending.
* If SW43, B1 is off (V.34 mode is off)
and if SW44, B1-4 is less than 6 (not V.34)
---> operate it at speed set in SW44, B1-4.
* If SW43, B1 is off (V.34 mode is off)
and if SW44, B1-4 is over than 7 (V.34)
---> operate it at speed set in SW44, B1-4=5.
