Apply UKOG-0235FCZZ grease to the shaft section of the Pressure Roller.
Check/Clean both Upper and Lower Thermistors.

Clear FUSING BELT Counters (Total, Day & Rotation).
Clear FUSING ROLLER Counters (Total, Day & Rotation).
Clear PRESS ROLLER Counters (Total, Day & Rotation).
Clear SEPARATE PAWL Counters (Total, Day & Rotation).
Clear SEPARATE PLATE Counters (Total, Day & Rotation).
Clear FUSING WEB (L) Counters (Total, Day & Rotation).
SCANNER SECTION:
Clean Platen Glass, Mirrors, CCD, and white reference plate.
Clean DSPF Scanning Glass.
PAPER FEED & TRANSPORT SECTION:
Replace Paper Dust Removal Unit (MX-620PD)
Check/Clean ALL Paper Path Sensors (including Duplex unit).
Check/Clean ALL PF Transport Rollers.
Check/Clean BYPASS TRAY PF Rollers (check tray counter using Sim 22-09).
Replace every 100k or after 1 year.
Replace every 100k or after 1 year.
Check/Clean ALL TRAY PF Rollers (check tray counter using Sim 22-09).
Replace every 200k (individual tray) or after 1 year.
Replace every 200k (individual tray) or after 1 year.
