6. Connect the connector of the heater fixing plate assy (explained on Page 7) to the heater (see the figure below)
and secure it with two M3x4 round-tipped screws.(Tight two screws)
* Screw tightening torque: 1.0 to 1.2 N m
* Secure the connector securely.
* Insert the positioning dowel into the hole.
* Secure the connector securely.
* Insert the positioning dowel into the hole.
7. Secure the heater with the M4x6 bind machine screw.
* Screw tightening torque: 1.6 to 1.8 N m
* The heater pawl must be inserted into the hole.
* The heater pawl must be inserted into the hole.
8. Pass the heater harness through the five clamps and perform wire processing.
