8) Create a Ticket on 
https://support.sharp.co.uk
 under Password reset with 
Model number, Serial number and Reset Key Issue Code. Ensure the correct 
completed Authorisation form is attached to the ticket.  
 
Submit the ticket and our administration team will then submit the details. 
 
A reply will be sent with a 20 digit reset code which you will have to enter into the 
relevant section on the machines reset page ( Reset Key )
