When registering/adding one of the 15 programmable authority groups to the MFD,
one of the 5 defined authority groups (administrator, User, Guest, etc) may be used as
a starting point template. After changes are made to the default template the authority
group must be named and saved. The machine distinguishes the changes and
registers the authority group as an additional authority group.
All registered users MUST be assigned to an authority group. If there are no additional
authority groups created on the machine, users can be assigned to the pre-defined
machine defaults, i.e. Administrator, User or Guest.
