Previewing and Manipulating Jobs
The Preview windows of Command WorkStation allow you to display preview images of jobs and
perform edits, such as adding, deleting, duplicating, and reordering pages.
You can also merge pages from two different jobs into a single, merged job.
NOTE:
If you have the DocBuilder Pro option, you can use several additional preview and edit features.

Previewing Jobs
You can use the Preview windows to preview pages of any processed or held job in the Active Jobs
window.
Displaying Thumbnail Previews
When you select a processed/held job and choose the Preview command from the Actions menu, a
preview window opens, displaying thumbnail images of the selected job.
To View Thumbnails of a Held Raster Data File
1.
Select a processed/held job in the Active Jobs window.
• A processed/held job appears with a dark yellow status flag and a halo around its file icon.
2.
Choose Preview from the Actions menu.
• Page thumbnails appear in the Preview window.
• You can use the scroll bar at the bottom of the Preview window to scroll through the pages in the job.
