Q.  Why have you released the version 2 (build 011) driver?
A.  Two issues are resolved with the version 2 driver,
i) 
you can now install the driver using the “Add Printer” method, previously you could only
run the set-up program, and
ii) 
a NT PCL5e “multiple set” bug has been fixed.
Q.  Is a printer cable included in the box?
A.  No, neither is a USB cable.
Q.  What is the maximum memory that can be added to an ARPB9?
A.  The ARPB9 is supplied with 8Mb of RAM, expandable to a maximum of 72Mb by adding a
64MB DIMM to the single socket.  Alternatively you can add a 16Mb or 32Mb DIMM.
Q.  If I have both Parallel cable and USB cable connected to the ARPB9, which has priority?
A.  If both are connectors are used, the machine will wait 30secs for inactivity on the previously used
port before switching to the alternative port.
Q. How do I confirm that the ARPB9 is working, without a connection to a PC?
A.  You can get a test page, by the following method:
i) 
Ensure that the printer is off-line.
ii) 
Press and hold the light and dark keys simultaneously, for 5 seconds, until the alarm indicators
blick and “- -“ is displayed on the panel.
iii) 
Enter “6”  then press the Start key twice.
iv) 
The machine will print a Printer Configuration page.
