Place the fuser unit on a desk with the upper fuser roller nearest the surface and
then remove the black cover to expose the external heater roller. Remove the two
springs, disconnect the cables, the thermistor and then remove the external heat
roller.

Remove the four screws, which holds the external heater roller-cleaning pad, and fit
the new pad and then replace the external heater roller unit to the fuser unit.
Ensure when refitting the thermistor it is located correctly onto the roller.

Fit the two springs onto the lugs where the blade was removed. Fit the orange
bearings to the cleaner roller and place the cleaner roller into the locating lugs
where the cleaner blade was installed. When fitting the roller ensure that the arrow
on the cleaning roller rotates towards the fuser roller.
