1. Turn off the AXIS 7000 by disconnecting the power supply.
2. Press and hold the Push button while you connect the AXIS 7000.
Keep the Push button pressed until the Status indicator flashes at

3. Release the Push button and wait at least two seconds (one flash of
the indicators).
4. Press and hold the Push button for at least five seconds until the
Status indicator remains constantly lit.
5. The AXIS 7000 is now reset to factory default settings.
6. Restart the AXIS 7000 by disconnecting and reconnecting the
power supply.
Web Browser
Follow these steps to reset to the defaults settings from a Web browser:
1. Start the Web browser.
2. Enter the name or the IP address of the AXIS 7000 in the
location/address field. The AXIS 7000 Home Page is displayed.
3. Click admin.
4. Click Factory Defaults.
The AXIS 7000 will now restart with the factory default settings.
