In our continuing efforts to improve the service offered to you, our business partners, we
have pleasure in announcing that as of the 3
rd
 August 1998 a new NIS Systems Support
Hotline has been made available. 
This hotline will be manned by specialists from within our newly formed NIS Systems
Support Team. This team has been formed by the merging of our pre-sales team of Keith
Whittall, Simon Relf and Duncan Head, with our post-sales team of David Todd, Gary
Mellor and Jeff Dodwell.
The Systems Support Hotline will be available to support both pre and post-sales enquiries
on any connected networked NIS digital product.
The hotline will be manned between 09:00 - 17:00 each day, five days a week with voice
mail for out of hours and busy periods. There are also E-mail and fax line facilities.

Additionally, all the team have voice mail, e-mail and mobile numbers.
This new facility is in addition to the existing Copier Technical Hotline, which will
continue to operate for any stand alone digital or analogue technical problem.

developing market for digital products.
