2 POWER ABNORMALITY

D3.3V does not rise up. Check the circuits 
around the connector PH - IC9602

A9V does not rise up. Check the circuits around 
the connector PH - IC9706.

Check for blown fuse.

the connector PH - IC9705.

PNL12V is not detected. Check the connector 
LP - PL - PC line. 
Check the fuse in the power interface PWB.

Main microprocessor detection error. For details, 
check the codes of ERROR SRNDBY CAUSE 
on 1/37 (North America) or 1/38 (Europe/China) 
of the process adjustment mode. For the errors 
corresponding to the codes, refer to
