To defrost foods not included in the Defrost menu, use microwave power levels MEDIUM LOW (30%)  or LOW
(10% ). Stir or turn food at least 2-3 times during defrosting.  After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil and leave
to stand until thoroughly defrosted.

The oven has top and bottom grills which can be
operated independently or combined.
1 First press the GRILL key.
2 Select the heating element(s) required (top, bottom or

combined). 

3 Enter the cooking time by using the NUMBER keys.
4 Press START 

key.

The turntable rotates to ensure even browning during
grilling. Use the grill mode for foods such as bacon, fish
fingers and tea cakes or for making cheese on toast. It is
also ideal for browning and crisping food which has been
microwaved.

4. Halfway through cooking, open the door (or

press STOP/CLEAR once, then open the door).

5. Press START/AUTO MINUTE

once to continue grilling

EXAMPLE: To grill six rashers of bacon for six minutes using the TOP & BOTTOM GRILL. Grease the turntable
with cooking oil and place the bacon on the turntable.

2. Enter the grilling time, 6,0,0

by pressing the number keys.
Press START key to start
grilling.

3. Display will count down

through grilling time.
