show the Pre Ordered items.

Operation

Once all the necessary macros have been set and put on the keyboard the operation
could as follows :-

Enter some drinks normally in Bar Mode, then select Pre Order Floor 1 (1F84), select
some Pre Order drinks. The transaction can now be finalised OR more Pre Order
drinks can be ordered. If a normal drink is required it is necessary to switch off the
Pre Order (2F84), then order more drinks. During the transaction the floor/area
could be changed to floor 2 by selection (1.2F84), the POS will alert the user of a
floor/area change. When the receipt prints it will show at the bottom the Floor Name
and Tray Number for the transaction. When Pre Ordered items are selected they will
display on the transaction screen with the floor number to their left hand side.

Then if the system is set to manual “preparation voucher” the operator would select
Print Preparation Vouchers (3F84). The Vouchers would then print at the KP set in
PREORDERKP.
