8. Fast Bar
To enable easy operation in busy bars, a new FastBar function has been added. This
allows a single screen of items to be displayed constantly, thus making operation.

Programming
A new setting has been included in the S2001.INI file. This sets the type of list to be
used on the FastBAr. This list should be formatted as a “Stay Down” list with a size
of either 10x15 or 9x14, giving 150 or 126 buttons respectively.

Operation
When the above setting is made and a Server logs-on the new FastBar screen will
display. The only method of payment that can be used is Cash. If any other method
is required a C4 macro should be added to the screen which will send the POS into
“Normal” mode. It is necessary to have a FastBar button in “Normal” Operation to

The following restrictions should be noted
1. Only Cash can be used for direct Payment.

Example
The Demo program now contains a populated list for FastBar. To use it simply
