KSHEADER This line is used to format what information is sent to the Kitchen
Monitor System as a header for the data. The default is :-

The KPn=KSm settings show which printer output will also be sent to
the Monitor System. The “m” represents the screen number that is
required to display the information for a specified product. If the Single
Bump/Monitor System is used ALL settings for the KS should be set to
