Printer Messages - On Venta PRO V2 and V3 these settings are in S2001.INI. They
are designed to notify specific areas when printers are off line or out of paper.

The settings in S2001.INI are as follows :-

:: Using the "TARGET" statement the following can be set
:: Remove the # below and set n and m as listed below

:: Where n is the Till Number with printers connected and
:: m is the location of the alerts examples are listed below

:: PRT_TARGET.3=2 for printers on till 3, send alerts to till 2

:: PRT_TARGET=5 all other printers to till 5

:: PRT_TARGETX.2=1-9 for printers on till 2, send to HH 1 to 9

:: PRT_TARGETS.4=1 for printers on till 4, send to Server 1

The setting PRT_TARGET is used to direct the messages as follows

PRT_TARGET.n=m -  Sets printers on individual tills “n” to have messages sent to m
PRT_TARGET=m

-  In conjunction with PRT_TARGET. Sets all remaining Tills to

message to m
PRT_TARGETX.n=m-  Sets printers on individual tills “n” to have messages sent to HHT
m
PRT_TARGETS.n=m -  Sets printers on individual tills “n” to have messages sent to
Server m

n=The Till Number and
m= Till/Serve/HHT Device Number
