Venta & Venta PRO are both accredited to function with the Commidea OCIUS Chip & PIN
solution. This manual describes what is the minimum requirement for configuring the
Commidea Application for connectivity to Venta & Venta PRO.
This manual is only designed to offer information on basic demonstration connectivity and
Sharp recommend that all installations of this system should include on-site attendance by
Commidea. Sharp cannot support the Commidea Application in anyway outside of the
information contained in this manual.
Once Installation staff become familiar with installation Commidea attendance may not be
required, however Sharp can only provide support to the items contained in this manual. For
all other information please contact Commidea on 0870 900 8580. Commidea support is
ONLY available to reseller personnel who have been trained by Commidea.
