I have installed the Venta

software onto the UP-X200, and I can
successfully ping the controlling till’s IPADDRESS,
but when I select the ‘Trading’ button within the Venta

software
I get the following message ‘No Reply From Control PoS’.
What could be the cause of the problem?
The ‘POS IP address’ setting within the Venta

Configuration –
Device tab, Doesn’t match the IPADDRESS that has been set within
the master.
