Having set up EPoS
Manager to perform Real
time update at next start of
day the machine operates
with the correct Products
from EPOS Man but the
next day they revert back
to the old product file
The problem is caused
because of date/time not being
in sync on both EPoS and PC.
The solution is to delete the
PRDUPD.CSV file from the
master machine, then delete
the relevent files from the
USR/DATA/RTU folder(PROD
file) then perform EOD on the
system then go back
toEPOSMAN and set for
update at next SOD.
