5) Create the “STATUS.REC” file in new sub-folder when all files are

saved completely.

(*1) The contents of each file are same as the communication data

of “ONLINE FUNCTION”.
Details of “File No.” and “Table No.” are described in “ONLINE
SPECIFICATION”.

All sales term data are saved in SD card.
Maximum 400 times data is kept in SD card when the SD memory is not full.

The action is as below.

1) The ECR creates a new sub-folder under the “SALES/TERM” folder (Refer to [3. List of Folder]).

The folder name is formatted “YYMMDD-N” using date (YYMMDD) and, unique number (N).
Firstly, the ECR checks whether there is a folder named “YYMMDD-9”.
If there is the folder, “CAN NOT CREATE FOLDER” error occurs.
Otherwise, -> 2).

2) The ECR checks whether there is a folder named “YYMMDD-8”. “YYMMDD” is same as 1).

If there is not the folder, the ECR checks whether there is a folder “YYMMDD-N” with decreased N.
If the ECR find a existing folder, -> 3).
If a folder named “YYMMDD-1” is not existing, the ECR creates “YYMMDD-1” folder -> 4).

3) When there is a folder named “YYMMDD-N”, the ECR creates a folder named “YYMMDD-(N+1)”. -> 4).

For example, when there is a folder named “080902-3”, a folder named “080902-4” is created.

4) Save the below data in new sub-folder that is created above step.
