To resolve this issue a Microsoft patch 'vcredist_x86_5677.exe' is required. This
will be installed automatically by running setup.bat. This is also fixed in V3 but

To increase the flexibility of the loyalty feature it is now possible to assign a
macro to a loyalty scheme.
