Loyalty
In VPM – Configure - System Configuration – External Interfaces the
Loyalty
tab has
a new check box
Use FTP
. If set, the logfile and request paths correspond to the
names on the FTP server. The file
LOYnnn.LOG
(
nnn
= till) will be transferred to the
FTP server, but only when there is no file with that name present on the destination,
i.e. the loyalty server must remove a loyalty log file before or after processing.
Real-time loyalty requests and responses will be sent to and from the locations
configured on the FTP server.
Note:
Transfer of customer images is not currently supported as SharpPOS does not
have direct access to the location of any images (unless of course the images
have been separately transferred to SharpPOS, and the image paths correspond
to these locations).
Standard Loyalty.con file output is not currently supported via FTP.
