Under certain circumstances the POS application can crash when using the OPOS

It has been found that this is due to poor memory handling of the current OPOS

As a countermeasure, it is highly recommended to replace the existing OPOS drawer

1. Within Control Panel – Programs and Features – uninstall the OPOS driver
1.12 for RZ-X series as shown above.
2. Once completed restart the POS
3. To install the latest OPOS Driver execute the setup file Setup_OPOS_1.0_RZ-
X850F.exe available from the
