Press C to change the function parameters displayed on the screen.
Function:  The code that the system uses to identify the function.  This field cannot be
changed.
Name:  Enter the name of the function, up to 10 characters.

Auth Level:  Enter the authorisation level for this function, 1-5.  For example, the server
number could be available to all personnel so should have a level of 1, and  you may wish to
set the void transaction function for managerial staff only so the level could be 5.  You can set
the levels to suit your particular working environment.
Password:  Enter 1 to ensure that a password is entered for this particular terminal function, or
enter 0.
Audit:  Enter 1 to keep a record on the audit file of every time this particular function is
accessed on the terminal, or enter 0.  The audit information is used for reporting purposes on
the terminal.
Log:  Enter 1 to keep a record on the log file of every time this particular function is accessed
on the terminal, or enter 0.  The log information is used for reporting purposes on the terminal.
Logging may not be available for all functions.

You can use the up and down arrow keys to move the cursor to any field you have entered and
change the details, apart from the function number.
Ä 
When you are satisfied the details are correct, press END to save the changes.
NOTE:
There is no facility to delete a function.  To remove the function from the
terminal, reassign the function key on the terminal keyboard using the
Keyboard File function.
Ä 
Press END to exit the function and return to the menu.
