Alteration of already ordered articles

Articles that previously have been ordered on the current table cannot be altered any
more in the way that it is possible with new registration.

Further entries of one article cannot be done by changing of the quantity but by entering
this article again and changing of the quantity of the new entry.

Reducing of the quantity of a previous article cannot be done by changing of the quantity
but by void-operation of this article and changing of the quantity of the void-entry.

Sort Group

When the sorted receipt function is programmed for the ECR, PLUs are printed in sorted
form by PLU group regardless of the order that you entered items.

For a single article the sort group can be changed by select another Category in the
“Article Options” Menu.

For articles which have not been registered, the Group can be changed by pressing on the
Category (C-Icon) button and selecting the desired sort group. This shift will be valid until
another sort group is selected.

Clerk Table Range

A table range for each specific clerk can be set at the clerk programming at the ECR to
ensure that the clerks can open tables out of their area only.

Intermediate GLU

An intermediate GLU print out can be obtained by calling the “Subtotal Print” function at
the Orderman. The print out and functionality is matching the UP-3500 functionality of
NBAL and BILL.

GLU to Final Status

By using the 2

nd

 Bill function from the “Input New Table View” Menu an open table can be

finalized by Final and the bill will be printed. GLU which are finalized by Final can only be
reopened at the UP-3500 side and not at the Mobile Order Terminal.
