Any business needs to keep track of all cash movements
and the ERA421/411 has a number of useful features to
help manage cash.
The PO (Paid out) and RA (Received on account) keys allow
for cash that has been taken out or put in to the cash
drawer to be tracked.
In addition to the journal printer, the ERA421/411 also
comes with an Electronic Journal function that can store up
to 9,000 lines of transaction data securely. To help give
quick responses to any customer queries, the Electronic
Journal view function also displays the transaction data on
screen.
A ‘starting cash memory’ (float) feature also helps manag-
ers with the cashing up process.
All managers need to be able to control how the electronic
cash register is used to enable accurate trading figures.
ERA421/411 can be programmed so that Clerks only have
access to the functions and information that is required for
their jobs.

In addition, a optional secure Dallas module is available for
clerk sign-on and the ERA421/411 also comes with a robust
lockable metal cash drawer to keep all monies safe.
