Change the following items
Under side of the Board
3)Add the diode (VHD1N4002//-1) or
(VHD1SR139-400)
1)  Remove ICP103, and the short the circuit
2) Change FB3 to Fuse (QFS-K2007BHZZ) 500mA
Remove ICP103
and add short
Add 1N4002 diode
