Check and replace IC3001.

Is voltage of 5 V applied to the emitter of Q3304 ?

Check S5V line.

Is voltage of approx. 2 V supplied to pin 6 of CN3301 ?

Check around Q3303 and Q3304.

Check connection of optical pickup cables.
If no abnormality is detected, replace traverse chassis.
