To install the speakers on the wall  
CAUTION:
z
Make sure to prevent the front, centre speaker (0.78 kg) or sur-
round speaker (0.66 kg) from falling when mounting on the wall.
z
Before mounting, check the wall strength. (Avoid the veneer plas-
ter or whitewashed wall. The speaker may fall.) If it is not clear,
consult with a qualified service technician.
z
Mounting screws are not supplied. Use appropriate ones.
z
Check all mounting screws for looseness and that they are
engaged in the speaker.
z
Select a good location. If not, accidents may occur or the speaker
may get damaged.
z
Avoid placing on a bed, sofa, water tank, sink and hallway wall.
z
SHARP is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper
installation.
Sharp has designed the 
front, surround and centre 
speakers so you can hang 
it on the wall.
Use appropriate screws 
(not supplied). See the il-
lustration on the right for 
size and type.

Make a hole in the wall using
a drill.

Drive a wall mount plug into
the hole using a hammer,
until it is flush with the wall
surface.

Drive one screw into the wall for each speaker as shown in
the illustration.
Make sure that both the screw and the wall can support a load 
of 2.0 kg.
Drive the screws, so the screw head extends about 5.5 mm (7/
32") out from the wall.

Hook the speaker on the screw head and make sure it is se-
cure.
