Preparation for Use
 
Power source
  
Using with the AC/DC adaptor
 
Notes:
  
Unplug the AC/DC adaptor from the wall socket if the unit will not
be used for a prolonged period of time.
  
Use only the supplied AC/DC adaptor. Using  other AC/DC 
adaptor may cause an electric shock or fire.
  
Demonstration mode
 
The  first  time  the  unit  is  plugged  in,  the  unit  will  enter  the
demonstration mode. You will see words scroll.
 
To return to the demonstration mode:
 
When the unit is in the power stand-by mode, press the E SOUND/
DEMO button on main unit or remote control again.
 
Notes:
  
When the power is on, the E SOUND/DEMO button can be used
to select the E SOUND mode.
  
The E SOUND/DEMO button does not function during timer
stand-by. Cancel the timer if you want to enter the demonstration
mode.
 
Make sure to unplug the AC power lead before making any
connections.

Plug the AC power lead into the AC/DC adaptor.

Plug the AC/DC adaptor cable into the DC INPUT socket on
the unit.

Plug the AC power lead and switch on the power supply.
The display indicator lights up when the AC power is
applied. The POWER indicator will turn BLUE when the
system is “ON”.

To cancel the demonstration mode:
 
When the unit is in the power stand-by 
mode (demonstration mode),
press the E SOUND/DEMO button on 
main unit or remote control. The 
demonstration mode will be cancelled 
and the display will be disappear.
