[7] Tuner Test Mode
Outline
This Test Mode control are same with Normal Power-ON, only
Power-ON in TUNER function.

TEST Mode Operation
Set will Power-ON same process like user Power-ON, but direct to
TUNER Function Preset No. 1 of table below.

At Tuner RDS ASPM operation need to be confirm for EU(H) model
