FRAME CREATION is the function to double the number of display segments of an image and 
to show a fast moving scene more finely.
OFF    :Please select "OFF", when an image is unnatural.

The mode is memorized per input terminal.

Even if “NORMALIZE” is selected, the NORMAL setting will not be restored.

The picture and menu will disappear for a moment if you switch the mode to OFF, or 
  switch from OFF to another mode.

Setting procedure and Diagnosis when the failure-diagnosis
"FRAME CREATION" setting is a setting of intermediate frame generation when 
carrying out double-speed processing (from 60 to 120 frames). 
Even if it sets to "OFF", it is not a function which becomes uniform processing.
[1] Press [PICTURE] button of the remote control, and display "PICTURE" menu screen.
[2] Change the item of "FRAME CREATION" into "OFF".
    Please check the symptoms when it is changed to "OFF".
When changing to "OFF", the normal screen is displayed: Failure of FR-Board
