DY Fixing
1.
Wedge (1) shown in should be fixed within a range of 
 1. Wedge (1) shown in should be fixed within a range of
120° to the left of the vertical line as shown.
 2. After inserting wedge (1), insert wedges (2) and (3).
The wedges should be set 120° apart from each other.  
 3. Be  certain that the three wedges are firmly fixed and the
Deflection Yoke is tightly clamped in place. Otherwise
the Deflection Yoke may shift its position and cause a
loss of convergence and purity

Adjustment Procedure
CUT OFF
  
1. Connect oscilloscope probe to TPL7.
2. Receive the window pattern.
3. Picture menu : DYNAMIC NORMAL.
AI                   : OFF
4. Screen VR : Min
5. Set the data of RGB CUT OFF/DRIVE and
SUB BRIGHT.
6. Set mute mode and stop vertical deflection.
1. Adjust  Sub-BRIGHT, so that the voltage of TPL7 is [160]V.
2. Adjust screen VR so that any color line is slighty lighted.
(After this adjustment, screen VR should not be turned except for *2)
3. Adjust any color other than the color that appears first so that horizontal
line is white.
(*2 at that time, first come line go out, turn the VR and finally fix the VR
that white line is slighty lihgted.)
4. Set mute mode release.
WHITE BALANCE
  
1. Set the Helmhortz device to local magnetic
field.
2. Aging should have been performed over
30 minutes.
3. Receive the white balance pattern.
(this signal must have burst signal 0)
4. Picture menu : DYNAMIC NORMAL.
AI                   : OFF
5. Degauss the CRT face.
6. Fix the white balance meter receiver unit
to CRT face.
*Take care that light does not enter from
  outside.
*CRT cut off adjustment is completed.
*If indication of white balance meter at
  High Light adjustment does not get to
  80
m
 A, connect short jumper to TBT11 &
