7 levels are available. The lowest level is 1. The highest level is 6. The factory preset is 3. When set to OFF, the handset will
not ring.

SELECTING THE BASE UNIT RINGER VOLUME
3 levels (HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW) are available. The factory preset is MEDIUM. When set to OFF, the base unit will not ring.
Make sure that the power is ON and the unit is in the stand-by mode.
