Level Switches [INPUT +10/0/–10]
Is selected in accordance with an input signal level.
Adjust the sensitivity so that optimal volume is gained
when the input fader !5 stands at 8.

Assign Switches [MAIN 1, MAIN 2, SUB 1, SUB 2]
Selects a bus line from among 4 channels for signal
transmission. Press one of the switches to select a bus
line and the integral green light  comes on. Press the
switch again to stop transmission and the light comes
off. A combination of these switches' setup is called
"pattern", and up to 8 patterns can be registered.

Signal Peak Indicators [SGNL/PEAK]
Lights in accordance with an input signal level. This
indicator becomes green when a signal is approx. 30
dB below the clip level and changes to red when a sig-
nal is approx. 8 dB below the clip level. These indica-
tors are useful for easy check of signal levels and level
change (setup by use of the level switch !1).

Name Plates
Indicates the device name that is connected to an input
terminal.

Input Faders
Adjusts the sending level of an input signal.
The level is rated when the input fader stands at 8.

Signal Peak Indicators [SGNL/PEAK]
Lights in accordance with an input signal level. This
indicator becomes green when a signal is approx. 30
dB below the clip level and changes to red when a sig-
nal is approx. 8 dB below the clip level. These indica-
tors are useful for easy check of signal levels and trim
adjustment (setup by use of the trim adjuster w).

Indicates the device name that is connected to an input

Adjusts the transmission level of input signals. The level
is rated when the input fader stands at 8.

Phantom Power Switches [PHANTOM ON/OFF]
When this switch is toggled on, the phantom power
(+48 V) is supplied to a condenser microphone.
Therefore, toggling the switch on allows a condenser
microphone that requires external power supply to func-
tion by the use of the phantom power.
Cautions:
• Toggle the switch on only when using a condenser
microphone that requires external power supply.
• Refer to the operating instructions for a condenser
microphone when using it.
• Connect a condenser microphone after adjusting
the input fader to "0" in order to prevent noise occur-
rence.

Trim Adjusters [INPUT 0 to 10]
Changes the input sensitivity stepwise.
MIC level:
–20 dB to –60 dB
Adjust the sensitivity so that optimal volume is gained
when the input fader stands at 8.
