color bar mode.

Set the Set Up to 0 IRE (0 V).

Adjust R190 so that the Pedestal of the colour bar signal
becomes 0 V as shown in Fig. 4-11.

Set the Set Up to 7.5 IRE (54 mV) as shown in Fig. 4-11.
