4. 1. Control through Serial terminal
SERIAL terminals which are on the side of the projector conform to RS-232C standard. This projector can be controlled by a
PC which is connected as shown below. Also SERIAL OUT terminal is provided to enable plural projector control.

Note
• The destination of [RS-232C] must be set according to the connection method.
• When connecting by a DIGITAL LINK compatible device, set the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [ECO MANAGEMENT]
→ [STANDBY MODE] to [NORMAL] to control the projector in standby mode. When [STANDBY MODE] is set to [ECO], the
projector cannot be control during standby.

1. Press the [MENU] button on the projector or remote controller.
 Go to Main menu --> Projector setup. In sub menu,
 Select "RS-232C" and press [ENTER] button.
2. Select communication condition by pressing ▲ ▼ button. 
  Set it with pressing 
t  u button.
3. Press MENU button 3 times and return to regular display.
