4. 3. 6. Cleaning procedure for Air filter unit
1. Make sure to turn off the power before replacing the air filter.
2. Remove the lamp unit cover.

Opening the lamp unit cover quickly may damage the cover.

If you loosen the lamp unit cover fixing screw with the projector

3. Pull out the air filter case from the projector.
4. Remove the air filter from the air filter case.

5. Vacuum dust from the air filter with a vacuum cleaner.

Do not use water when washing the air filter. Washing with
water may decrease the dust absorption capability.

6. Attach the air filter.
1) Attach the air filter by aligning the marking ( △) on (W) and (Q) and inserting the tabs on the air filter to the air filter case.
2) Push in the air filter in the direction of the arrow, and fit the tabs securely.

7. Attach the air filter case and lamp unit cover, to the projector.
Note

Make sure that the air filter case is properly attached before using the projector.
If it is not attached, the projector will suck in dirt and dust causing a malfunction.

If you use the projector without attaching the air filter case, the filter indicator blinks in red and the message
appears on the projected image for approximately 30 seconds.
