11.2.2. Troubleshooting (Scanning Failure)
Note: Procedure for cleaning the Image Sensor.
1. Remove the Image Sensor Module. (See 8.2.11-(1), (2), and (3).)
2. Use the blower to blow the dust attached to the surface of the Image Sensor.

1. Check Image Sensor control signal (RELAY Board).
SI: 6th pin (for CN401, CN402, CN403, and CN404)

SIG: 1st pin (for CN401, CN402, CN403, and CN404)
2. Replace the Image Sensor.
Image processing circuit is not correctly
operating.
1. Perform scanning test and check the results.
2. Replace IC1015, IC1016, and the board.
Scanned image is
light.
 
Shading area is not clean.
Clean the shading area.

1. Perform scanning test and check the results.

White streak, white

Image Sensor adjustment is
