Following adjustments are required when print circuit board or part is replaced.

MAIN Control Board

Adjust Shading
Adjust All Position & Length automatically
Adjust Double Feed Detector Gain

Flash ROM (It isn’t Service parts.)

Adjust Shading

Front Side CCD Unit or Front Side Lamp

Adjust Shading
Adjust All Position & Length automatically or the following two Adjustments should be done.
(1) Adjust Front H.Position automatically
(2) Adjust Front V.Position automatically
*When “Adjust All Position & Length automatically” is done, Length, Back H.Position, and Back V.
Position are adjusted again.

Back Side CCD Unit or Back Side Lamp

Adjust Shading
Adjust All Position & Length automatically or 2 Adjustments should be done.
(1) Adjust Back H.Position automatically
(2) Adjust Back V.Position automatically
*When “Adjust All Position & Length automatically” is done, Length, Front H.Position, and Front
V. Position are adjusted again.

Front & Back Side CCD Units or Front &
Back Side Lamps

Adjust Shading
Adjust All Position & Length automatically or 4 Adjustments should be done.
(1) Adjust Front H.Position automatically
(2) Adjust Front V.Position automatically
(3) Adjust Back H.Position automatically
(4) Adjust Back V.Position automatically
*When “Adjust All Position & Length automatically” is done, Length is adjusted again.

SKEW [L] Board

Adjust All Position & Length automatically or 2 Adjustments should be done.
(1) Adjust Front H.Position automatically
(2) Adjust Back V.Position automatically

DOUBLE FEED DETECTOR [G] Board or
DOUBLE FEED DETECTOR [R] Board

Adjust Double Feed Detector

Initialize EEPROM (It isn’t Service Parts.) *1

Disassemble and assemble which influence
to scanning positions.
