5 Troubleshooting Guide

Symptom and Trouble cause

Drip coffee is not made. (Hot water is not boiled.)
Q-1 When "ON" does power switch, the power indicator lamp turns on.
→ Heater disconnection, defectiveness of the thermostat are thought about. (NC-DF1)
→ Heater disconnection, defectiveness of the thermostat, the defectiveness of the control board are thought about. (NC-ZF1)
→ Poor main body unit : Exchange of the main body unit.
→ Heater disconnection, defectiveness of the thermostat, the defectiveness of the control board are thought about. (NC-ZF1)
→ Poor main body unit : Exchange of the main body unit.
Q-2 Even if "ON" does power switch, the power indicator lamp does not turn on.
